The image processing software IVS600 from STV has been used successfully in drilling machines, milling machines, imagesetters and scoring machines by well-known printed circuit board manufacturers for over 15 years.

Our software, which is also used in X-ray circuit board drilling machines, measures and analyzes the data obtained from circuit board-specific measurement marks and uses this to determine correction values ​​that are then used, for example, for drilling circuit boards. Of course we process and recognize drill codes and barcodes. The data obtained are processed in a targeted manner so that STV customers have a meaningful information base from which they can increase their production quality and effectiveness.

In addition to highly specialized libraries from our own development, we also use libraries from other manufacturers. In highly technical and complex tasks, optimal customer benefit and simple operation are the goal of developing our software.
